Perfect Balance

Finding that perfect balance between focusing on today and preparing for tomorrow is an art. As moms, we lived this for decades, and now as business partners, we’re confronted with the trade-offs on a daily basis all over again. The truth is – we need to do both. Making beautiful chocolates and fulfilling current orders has to happen alongside considering and testing new flavor profiles. It isn’t always easy because we have been known to get distracted talking about what might pair well with our favorite summer stone fruit or how we might incorporate our favorite flower into an amazing ganache or how some delicious dessert could be translated into a bonbon – and then we have to find our way back to our list of pending orders. But we nailed it this fall. And as a result, we have three new bonbon flavors to introduce in our Winter Bonbon Box: Ginger Peach, Cinnamon Cayenne, and Espresso. They are as beautiful and uniquely designed as their Classic siblings.
