PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Our chocolate bonbons are best when enjoyed within 14 days of receipt. Our fruit & nut chocolates, toffee, and peanut brittle are best when enjoyed within 4 weeks.

  • For best texture and flavor, please store all of our chocolates somewhere dry, dark , and cool – 65 degrees would be ideal. Everything can be refrigerated, except for our peanut brittle (which will become ridiculously sticky).

  • Yes. Many of our chocolates contain dairy (ie: cream, butter, whey) and/or tree nuts (ie: almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, pistachios), and our peanut brittle obviously contains peanuts. All of our chocolates are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that processes dairy, tree nuts, and peanuts.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We are a small batch artisan chocolate company. To best ensure freshness and to guard against shipments being held in a shipping facility over the weekend, we ship our chocolates on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Your chocolate order will ship the first Monday or Tuesday after you place your order.

  • We ship all our chocolates via USPS Priority Mail. As per the USPS, most shipments take 3 days to reach their destinations. Estimated delivery dates are not a guarantee. When your order ships, you will receive the tracking number via email. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for shipments delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • We currently use a flat-rate shipping fee with a small additional per item handling fee.

  • No. Our chocolates don’t like the summer heat so we do not ship from June 15th through September 15th.

  • Yes. If you live in the Woodstock, Vermont area, local pickup is available at our shop at One The Green during regular business hours. You will receive an email when your chocolates are ready for pickup. If our shop hours don’t work for you, we are happy to make other arrangements.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

  • While we love our international friends, we do not ship our chocolates internationally.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. All sales are final. However, if you have received the wrong item or if there is a problem with our chocolates, please do contact us at your earliest convenience.
